Fillet-Of-Fish Sandwich

Tatar sauce Ingredients:
1 cup of Hellmann's or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Vlasic's Brand of dill pickle relish and 2 teaspoons sugar Or just use 2 tablespoon sweet relish without the sugar added 
1 teaspoon French's Classic Yellow Mustard Brand
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder

Mix everything then cover and refrigerate one hour or longer. keeps for several days.

Prepare each Filet-O-Fish Sandwich:
1 regular hamburger bun.
1 slice Kraft American cheese.
1 Gorton’s Frozen Breaded Fish Square baked per package directions.
1 tablespoon of the prepared tartar sauce.

Do not toast bun. Just before serving, place the assembled sandwich in a microwave oven on a water damp paper towel and heat it on high for 30 seconds which will steam soften the bun.
