Crunchy Green Beans:

Best to use fresh green beans (you can also use frozen Whole Green Giant green beans in steamer package, cooked according to package instructions).
If using whole fresh green beans purchase enough for 4 serving, remove stems then place beans in a pot of boiling salted water, cook beans until crisp-tender, 3 minutes or so. Drain; rinse under cold water. Halve the beans and place in a bowl
In a bowl: 
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon red or white wine vinegar
½ teaspoon of Kosher salt
Mix all until salt is dissolved ​


Coat the cooked green beans with the sauce.
Separate the white and the yoke from a hard boiled egg.
Chop the white hard boiled egg part and sprinkle on the top of the green beans'
Grate the egg yoke on top of the beans'
Pour any remaining sauce over everything
